Earlier this week, Machinma announced that it will debut the long awaited “Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome” later this week, months after Syfy made the decision to not go ahead with the newest “Battlestar Galactica” prequel as a TV series.

And with the premiere only two days away, Machinima has released the first preview scene on  ETC Daily which features a space battle between Wiliam Adama (Luke Pasqualino) is Viper against a Cylon ship. And if you were wondering if “Blood & Chrome” could match the action of the 2004 “Battlestar Galactica” revival, this should silence any doubts.

“Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome” takes place near the end of the first Cylon War, decades before the “Battlestar Galactica” TV series. Ben Cotton costars as Adama’s commanding officer, Coker Fasjovik as they are forced to team up with Dr. Becca Kelly ( Lili Bordán) on a secret mission that may turn the tide of the war back in humanity's favor.

“Blood & Chrome” will be released on Friday, November 09 as the first of ten 7 to 12 minute installments to be released over the next four weeks."Blood & Chrome" will air as a TV movie on Syfy in early 2013, with a home video release soon after.
