Last week on “The Walking Dead,” Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his weary band of survivors came across a small group of prisoners still living in the prison. And when some of the prisoners proved to be as dangerous as the zombies, Rick dealt with them… harshly.
Because of the focus on the prison storyline, it’s been two weeks since we’ve seen Andrea (Laurie Holden) and her new companion, Michonne (Danai Gurira). And Andrea appeared to be deathly ill after spending a hard winter on the run.
This week’s episode, “Walk With Me,” will quickly catch up with Michonne and Andrea, as seen in this preview clip from AMC. Here the two women follow a large plume of smoke following an accident they witnessed. But there’s no telling who or what they will find when they reach their destination.
This week’s “Talking Dead” also screened an additional preview scene of Andrea and Michonne being forcibly transported to Woodbury by someone who hasn’t appeared on the series in the flesh since the very first season. And if they’re going to Woodbury, it means that David Morrissey will finally make his debut as The Governor.
AMC’s synopsis for the episode is somewhat vague, as always.
After witnessing an accident, Andrea and Michonne are introduced to a new community of survivors. As conflicts arise with their new acquaintances, a decision must be made.
“The Walking Dead’ season 3 continues this Sunday on AMC!
