It's Day 1 of New York Comic-Con, and that means revelations and newsy news newsness from the big and little comic companies. Marvel being one of the biggies, we'll be herding all the notes and totes magotes from their panels and interviews right here. Let's get started, and keep in mind we'll be updating this as more news comes in today!

From Bleeding Cool:

– Dan Slott, writer of Amazing and soon to be Superior Spider-Man, has confirmed that Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson will be getting back together, but that Spider-Man will NOT be Peter Parker once Superior kicks in. He did say that the new Spidey has retractable claws. MY SPIDER-MAN 2099 SENSES ARE STILL TINGLING. I mean, he's already woken up in bed with MJ once!  Anyway, Slott also says he's going much darker, and "friendly neighborhood" will not describe this Spidey.

– Marvel has announced "Season One" graphic novels for Thor, Wolverine and Iron Man, like they've already done for Fantastic Four and Dr. Strange, etc.

– Marvel also says that Uncanny Avengers #1, the kickoff of Marvel NOW that came out yesterday, has sold over 300,000, making it their best title of the year.

From Comic Book Resources:

– There will be a Deadpool Killustrated miniseries from Cullen Bunn and Matteo Lolli, following up on the success of Bunn's Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe by pitting Wade Wilson against famous literary figures.
