Two Turtledoves (Created by Jonathan Pogash)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Handful mint leaves
  • Champagne or Sparkling Wine for top
  • Lemon peel
  • Orange peel

Preparation:

  1. Combine Godiva Chocolate Vodka, orange-flavored liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake very well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with orange and lemon peel wrapped around each other.

Ideal Serving Glass: Chilled cocktail glass

Yield: 1 drink

 

Mistletoe Kiss (Created by Jonathan Pogash, The Cocktail Guru)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Vodka
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup*
  • 5 raspberries

*Ingredients:

  • 2 parts honey
  • 1 part hot water

Preparation:

  1. Combine honey and water.
  2. Let cool.

Preparation:

  1. Combine Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and raspberries into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard to break up the raspberries and strain into a flute filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with three raspberries and ground cinnamon.

Ideal Serving Glass: Flute glass

Yield: 1 drink

 

Godiva Truffletini™

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce CÎROC® Vodka

Preparation:

  1. Combine Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and CÎROC Vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a Godiva Milk Chocolate Truffle.

Ideal Serving Glass: Chilled martini glass

Yield: 1 drink

 

Zacapa Harvest Punch (Created by Danny Valdez, Zacapa Rum National Brand Ambassador)

This recipe yields 30 servings, to be enjoyed with friends.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ounces Zacapa 23 Rum
  • 30 dashes Angostura bitters 
  • 22.5 ounces fresh pressed apple juice
  • 15 ounces lemon juice
  • 30 bar spoons pomegranate molasses
  • 15 ounces star anise syrup
  • Sparkling apple cider (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add Zacapa 23 Rum, Angostura bitters, fresh pressed apple juice, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and star anise syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass.
  3. Top with sparkling apple cider.

Ideal Serving Glass: Cocktail glass

Yield: 30 drinks

 


The Jolly Don (By Brian Van Flandern, Tequila Don Julio Global Mixologist)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce Tequila Don Julio Blanco
  • 1/2 ounce peach puree
  • 1/4 ounce cane sugar simple syrup
  • Moet White Star Champagne
  • Raspberries

Preparation:

  1. Add Tequila Don Julio Blanco, peach puree, cane sugar simple syrup, and splash of Moet White Star champagne into a champagne flute.
  2. Garnish with one raspberry.

Ideal Serving Glass: Champagne flute

Yield: 1 drink

 

‘Tis the Season (By Brian Van Flandern, Tequila Don Julio Global Mixologist)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounce Tequila Don Julio Reposado
  • 3/4 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 ounce agave syrup
  • 1/4 ounce cherry liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce pink grapefruit juice

Preparation:

  1. Combine Don Julio Reposado, lemon juice, agave syrup, cherry liqueur and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake well.
  2. Pour contents from shaker into rocks glass.

Ideal Serving Glass: Rocks glass

Yield: 1 drink

 

Chocolate Cheer 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce Tequila Don Julio Añejo
  • 1 ounce Grand MarnierÒ
  • 3 ounces hot chocolate
  • Layer of fresh cream

Preparation:

  1. Mix Don Julio Añejo, Grand Marnier and hot chocolate in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour contents info an Irish coffee or small wine glass.
  3. Layer 1/2 inch of hand whipped cream over the top.

Ideal Serving Glass: Irish Coffee or Small Wine glass

Yield: 1 drink
