Late-night host and comedian Jimmy Fallon made his debut Thursday morning as the new "video host" of Universal Studios Hollywood's behind-the-scenes Studio Tour. Fallon shared an original song, "Tram-tastic," the new Studio Tour theme he wrote personally, as an energetic Flash Mob of “Tram-tastic” back-up dancers shimmied about in choreographed unison.
Besides the song, the NBC late-night host created a series of "live narration" video commentaries for the attraction, which he visited Thursday with guitar in hand for a select few previewers. The Universal Studios Tour gives those with showbiz fantasies an "awesome" opportunity to peek inside back-lot life, Jimmy explained. For participants, Fallon will introduce a series of entertaining videos on the HD monitor located within each tram car to augment the “live” narration of the Studio Tour Guides. The tour also includes visits to “King Kong 360 3-D,” the world’s largest, most intense 3-D experience, and the newly built backlot movie sets.
