Chris Jericho latest 'Dancing With The Stars' contestant

Believe it or not Chris Jericho isn’t just a pro wrestler – he’s also an author, singer, and a new dad to twin boys… and he’ll be partnered with the sexy Cheryl Burke in Season 12 of "Dancing With The Stars."

The "Lion Heart" will compete in the star-studded dance contest alongside celebs like Kendra Wilkinson ("Playboy" model and former girlfriend to Hugh Hefner), Ralph Maccio (the original "Karate Kid"), Romeo Miller (also known as Lil’ Romeo), Kirstie Alley (of "Cheers" fame), and athletes Hines Ward (NFL) and Sugar Rey Leonard (boxer).

Born in New York but billed from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canadian-American Jericho started wrestling as a teenager and has won a total of 29 championships between WWF/WWE, WCW, and ECW – he was also the first-ever Undisputed Champion in the WWF and the only performer to have held six different titles in the World Wrestling Entertainment since its inception 44 years ago. He’s made the "New York Times" best-seller list twice, he’s the lead singer of his band Fozzy, and he is the host of a game show on ABC called "Downfall." Taking a break from wrestling in 2010, he said he was excited to try something new like "DWTS" and would adjust quite easily to the sequined dance costumes, since most of his wrestling outfits were just as brightly-coloured and glitzy.

The new season of "Dancing With The Stars," hosted by Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke, will air on ABC on Monday, March 21 at 8pm.
