Kanye West feat. & John Legend – “Eyes Closed”

Utilizing the popular Jimmy Spicer "Money" sample, “Eyes Closed” is said to be from Kanye West‘s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy sessions, but in its present state its highest hopes could be for a B-side. "I went in and cut the vocal in a few minutes," Legend said. "It was among a bunch of stuff we did around the same time, including ‘Blame Game.’ " Download here

Iron & Wine – Full Album

Iron & Wine’s special live full-album preview of their new album Kiss Each Other Clean takes place before the record’s release later this month, serving as our first taste of new material in almost 4 years following up 2007’s The Shepherd’s Dog. Performing for New York radio station WNYC, the band showcased some exciting samples of what’s to come on Jan. 25!

Nine Inch Nails – "Somewhat Damaged" (Bowery Ballroom)

Trent Reznor has offered up some memory-lane videos for fans who are still having a rough time that the NIN-mastermind called it quits on the live circuit with the project. This final-tour performance video of "Somewhat Damaged" from the Bowery Ballroom is a stunner, as is "Just Like You Imagined" beneath it, filmed at LA’s Henry Fonda Theater on September 8th, 2009.

Diddy-Dirty Money feat. Eminem – “Hello Good Morning”

We think Diddy’s body of work speaks for itself: corny fad-riding nonsense that bites hard off other artists, by and large. But every so often he shocks us all by putting out a track that’s actually pretty damned listenable – and no, we’re not talking about "Ass On The Floor". Check out the new jam featuring Eminem and decide for yourself…

Retribution Gospel Choir – "Your Bird" video

Check out an awesome new video for the song "Your Bird," from a band you’re likely to become more familiar with in 2011. See if it strikes you:

COVER: "Home” by Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros

Because we’re a bunch of softies, we’re also shoving this far-too-cute-to-be-ignored clip down your throats. Jorge Narvaez and his daughter Alexa perform an acoustic cover of “Home” by Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros. The girl’s got soul!
