This is Masako Mizutani. She is a Japanese fashion magazine model and recent television-show beauty expert. By all accounts, she is stunningly beautiful, both with and without makeup. However, there is something very interesting about her: According to her Facebook page, Masako Mizutani was born on September 15, 1968. For those of you who are not good at math, that means she is 43 (almost 44) years old.

The 43-year-old beauty looks more like she is 20 years old, which would be the same age as her daughter. Masako became a celebrity in 2009 when she appeared on a Japanese variety TV program and shared some of her age-defying secrets. Since then, she has become a sensation in China, as well. Her youthful-looking pictures have made the rounds on several Chinese blogs, resulting in a huge following.

The tale of the Lady of Eternal Youth has not come without some debate and controversy, though. When it was revealed that Masako spends five hours a day caring for her skin as part of her beauty regime, many in Asia were turned off. Also, as mentioned before, she has recently made her way onto television, and some fans are less impressed with the way she looks on TV compared to her photos on the Internet. This has led to claims that her online shots had been Photoshopped.

Regardless, it is difficult to argue that Masako Mizunati is not gorgeous, especially for a 43-year-old woman. And considering some of her beauty tips are as simple as drinking plenty of water, maintaining a fresh and balanced diet, using sunscreen and moisturizer and not smoking, perhaps slowing down the aging process is easier than we all think.
